Raheem – Trustee
My journey in humanitarian service began at the age of 12 when I approached a fundraising stall organised by Ummah Care Foundation at my local school. As a young boy, I simply walked up to the Chairman and said, “I want to help.” What seemed like a simple statement at the time became the foundation of a lifelong commitment to serving others.
That moment sparked a passion within me that has continued to grow throughout the years. What started as a desire to make a difference evolved into a deep sense of responsibility towards helping those facing hardship and vulnerability. Through charitable work and humanitarian initiatives, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, families, and communities across different parts of the world. Each experience has reinforced my belief that even the smallest act of kindness can create meaningful and lasting change.
Today, I am honoured to serve as a Trustee of Ummah Care Foundation, an organisation whose mission closely reflects my values, principles, and commitment to humanitarian service. This role provides an opportunity to contribute towards sustainable initiatives that bring relief, hope, and opportunity to those who need it most.
As a Trustee, I am committed to supporting the growth and development of the charity, strengthening its impact, and helping ensure that assistance reaches vulnerable communities with dignity and compassion. I firmly believe that meaningful change is achieved through unity, dedication, and collective effort.
My vision for the future is to continue serving humanity with sincerity, integrity, and purpose, while helping to expand opportunities for those in need around the world. Through collaboration and shared responsibility, we can create lasting positive change and build a legacy of service that benefits generations to come.
